Summary

The Namiquipa Project in Mexico was acquired by Cerro Resources in March 2011 following shareholder approval.

Significant production of silver, lead and zinc production over the past 100 years yet not mined out, combined with important exploration potential, led to the acquisition. The Namiquipa Project covers an area far more extensive than the old mine and workings and the broader area has not been explored in any detail.

The Project consists of The Tasmania Concession; The America Concession; and The Rolys Concession (Figure 1), covering some 4,400 hectors. The Company owns the Tasmania and Rolys Concessions and has the right to acquire the America Concession.

A technical report on the Namiquipa Project has been filed on SEDAR in accordance with Canadian NI 43-101, and on the Company website under Investors - Technical Reports.
